Who is she?
Ayverie Porter is a vinyasa yoga teacher with a focus on slow, intentional movement and gentle stretching. Her classes are designed to support mobility, release tension, and help students reconnect with their breath and body. With a calm and grounding presence, she creates a welcoming space for all levels to explore mindful movement at their own pace.
